theres a different med for either testosterone or estrogen. puberty blockers essentially just prevent the body from starting to produce a ton of it, delaying puberty until decided

they block the hormones testosterone or estrogen depending on which way. the body makes a ton of hormones that it needs, it would be stupid and tricky to block them all. the only issue im aware of is with estrogen blockers needing more bone supplements since thats one of its only other purposes.
