For REAL. A good game designer isn't just a robot that intakes complaints and outputs solutions. Can you figure out a design change that enhances the game's goals and themes instead of harms them? Does the game NEED a design change? Or is this an aesthetic problem? Is this an AUDIENCE problem?

Null Signal Games, the people who make Netrunner, put out a statement yesterday apologising to their former Narrative Director who was fired last year, claiming it was unjust and the claims made against them were "misrepresented". This person was a bully and abuser and I am beyond disgusted.
