The invisible labor (often performed by women and marginalized folks) that keeps organizations afloat remains hidden and uncompensated. But those musing about AI's "transformation" of work have probably always benefited from this kind of labor in all parts of their life and don't see it as work.

STRUGGLiNG TO SURViVE.
Help them thrive by taking these actions:
1. LEAVE YOUR LEAVES. Lightning bug babies live in fallen leaves. When we send them away, we kill the babies. leave your leaves on the ground ir pile them in a corner.
2. DON'T USE PESTICIDES, pesticides kill lightning bugs! cut them out of your yard care routine.
3. TURN OFF THE LiGHTS. Lightning bugs need darkness to communicate.
4. TELL YOUR FRiENDS our actions become much more powerful when we take them as a community. Tell your friends and family.
