I gave this old Korg NanoKontrol a refurb. It was a lot of fun as a mini project and side-quest! I’ve been wanting to do this for ages. Spray painted it from white to black, and fitted out with 3D printed purple knob and faded caps. #3DPrinting #Korg #KorgNanoKontrol #MIDI #MIDIController #Maker

I'm really debating upgrading my Mac. More RAM/Storage, and going back to a laptop after 2.5 years or so on a desktop Mac Studio. I have money saved, and the 14" MBP with 64GB ram, and the M5 Pro chip is within budget...

Big Hummingbird 2 improvement 🎉 We've managed to speed up your typical HTTP response by 25%, by batching writes into the network stack. This change, while small, increases the req/sec by 25%, and reduces the latency to a response by the same 25%. All that at 165K req/sec, in only ~20MB of RAM

Some adjustments to external playlists in my app flowvi.be: after you import a Spotify, Tidal, SoundCloud or Apple Music link, you can now manage the playlist and use it as the basis of a new mood! 🎵 #Music #Playlist

My mother one of the biggest Tetris fans ever, was compelled by me to try Tetris in VR. She was really hyped and her smile during and after was worth getting the thing by itself. ☺️ All this in addition to a loving Christmas with family visiting me in the new far away city. 🎄

I went to a new years concert yesterday and it was truly amazing! 🤩 something I’ve been feeling positive about is my internship. It’s a super nice group of people and a great place to work. 🥳🤩 I’m happy to go back next week (Currently I’m looking forward to a small vacation with my best friend.🏔️)

Today's work on VXKit (my GUI) involves being able to pass state values from views to children as bindings. Claude is hammering this out while I go tend things in the garden. I'm 'dogfooding' now, with a small utility app for editing my Symbols mappings to fonts. It's fun 🤩 #IndieDev #iOSDev

I built a gaming PC out of spares, after upgrading my teen's machines recently. Installed Nobara project (linux) on it. Hooked it up to my projector and a controller, and boom. I'm straight back in the early 2000's playing Rez Infinite 😊
