Years ago Delta added kiosks for passengers to print and apply their own luggage tags. I still haven't figured out what problem was trying to be solved there. I do know they still have to have employees at the kiosks all day explaining how to use them and apply the tag sooo

Visited one of our regional cinema chains today. Bought our tickets online and got sent the QR code. Arrived at the theater and breezed past the lines to the ticket-taker who informed me I had to take my QR code to a kiosk to print off my ticket (receipt) so he could stamp it. What
