Estinien final fantasy has so much moe. Max length ears. His slightly too long bangs. The way it’s also 6 different lengths and lies in any direction. His proclivity for dropping off the face of the earth. Annoying sibling to every dragon ever. But I think the most moe is the way he is just some guy
![Sidra and Ysayle are sitting next to each other, facing away from the campfire, looking out at the Churning Mists and the starry sky above. Sidra has a wooden mug in hand.
Sidra: I'm not above wanting revenge myself, y'know.
Ysayle, smiling: Not so becoming of Hydaelyn's chosen.
Sidra, throwing her head back in a laugh: Ha! Hydaelyn knew what she made when she chose me! I say her choices are her own damn fault!
Ysayle: So whose blood would the Warrior of Light wish to shed?
Sidra pauses for a panel as he smile fades and then: The Wood Wailers from Gridania...
They think they can do anything to us just because Gridania says they have some kind of authority.
[Panel of several masked Wood Wailers, all sneering]
Sidra: Our villagers would run into them and then disappear for... Days? Weeks?
And when they came back, they... weren't the same.
More quiet.
Pained.
Injured.
Broken.
[Panel of four Miqo'te, faces hidden by shadow, all posed as if in pain]
Sidra: If I had my way, all of Gridania would burn.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:cuslnzedr3h75uxqq3p2b56v/bafkreifkjctvfavq2fceb4h3jkcit2mowfq37tfmptgsihqsrqqezlaov4)
![Ysayle: Could you and your people not fight back? Channel strength, as I do with Saint Shiva?
I'm certain someone as strong as you could do such a thing.
Sidra: You think we haven't thought about it?
We'd be a small village going against an entire city-state. My mother is chieftess, my siblings are villagers.
I can't be flippant about it.
[Panel of Sidra with an image of a village on fire behind her. Sidra's mother Hadi is also shown in the far end.]
If we fought back, we would possibly have the entire Eorzean Alliance on our heads.
We'd stand no chance. Aedremill would burn.
So while we don't smile at them, we ask for "justice" through gritted teeth.
[Panel of Sidra with an image of a burnt down town behind her.]
[Sidra takes a bitter swig from her mug]
Sidra: Diplomacy sucks ass.
Ysayle: I understand. But if you ever change your mind...
Sidra: You'll be the first person I ask.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:cuslnzedr3h75uxqq3p2b56v/bafkreibpqnhlibw22od346gcwf6nfbf66zqxtqikgteb45xl2lp5ix6q5y)
