my beloved mabel was put to sleep yesterday after her mammary cancer aggressively spreaded and started shutting down her organs. my bed has never felt so big and so empty without her and my heart continues to ache but it brings a smallest comfort that shes no longer in pain. she'll forever be loved.

my Mabel. shes an 9 year old pug and pit mix. she has golden fur with grey sprinkled in. her snout is mostly gray but she has pink around her nose and lips. she's standing on dead leaves and in the sunshine and is smiling at the viewer.
