Guys is this a genius line of prose or am I just going stir crazy: ‘It feels like the rug has been pulled out from under my feet, but underneath, against all probability, there’s just another rug’ #amigreatorterribleatwriting

I can't believe it has taken me so long to share this double portrait! I hope you like it even if it's super old! 💙 #Lestat #Louis #LouisDePointeDuLac #LestatDeLioncourt #JacobAnderson #SamReid #Loustat #InterviewWithTheVampire #IWTV #AnneRice #Vampire #Wisesnail

Portrait of Jacob Anderson and Sam Reid as Louis and Lestat from Interview with the Vampire. Louis, on the left with short dark hair, looks away with a intense expression. Lestat, on the right with longer blonde hair, gazes toward Louis with a subtle smile. Both figures are outlined with large circular halos against a textured, muted background overlaid with fine vertical lines and pops of pink and dark hues.

I adjusted this pic so I could see his whole face better and hurt myself so now you all have to see it too

Lestat looking distraught as his mother tells him she loves him after he confronts her about her inappropriate incestuous behaviour in the past

Does anyone else ever just think like ‘I have waited, patiently waited in vain, for you to love me, as I love you. Just say it. Say ‘Lestat I am never going to love you’. It would help me a great deal to hear it from your lips. Your quivering hateful lips.’

Thinking about how Claudia found her ride or die in Madeleine, her real ‘if you were the last vampire on earth it would be enough you and me me and you’, got to live with her for the shortest time and then had it all taken away and now wanders the afterlife looking for her. How’s your day going?

‘What does the scalpel do?’ is insane are you kidding me? The same tune changes mood like four times, the jazzy club to the crescendo elevator orgy to the hallway fight to the shame of being outed. Daniel Hart you are INSANE talent it’s crazy. And I can so clearly see each scene as it moves along!
