Well it was confirmed today my cptsd has been kicking my ass lately Was sent back to the rvi trauma team, and they did an intake assessment on me. 31 was the 'threshold for ptsd' - I got 52 So I'm imagining they'll probably agree to seeing me for therapy

After 6 years + 10 months I'm finally no longer a carer. For the first time since 2017, I'm no longer supporting/caring for men with complex/severe mental health issues (outside of myself/relatives) either professionally or socially We went out for cake, and got a cute leaving present 🥰 I'm free 😭

I've been having one of the most difficult ~1.5 weeks of my life, but managed to go to one of my jobs, shaved my head and about to have a bath, and I'm seeing a mental health nurse/being referred back to my RVI mental health team. I feel shit, but I'm now safe alone
