This comment has been rattling around in my head for three weeks and I would like to propose a new national motto. “No one is a foreigner here.”

A Reddit question asks World Cup tourists about their impressions of the U.S., and a response reads “Very diverse (at least in California) and no one treats you as a “foreigner” if you are not white. You really don’t feel like an outsider as a person of color, which is really nice.
