I appreciate locals banded together and voted to name the new park in honor of what they’re famous for.

Six months after the Cesar Chavez story, I was on the San Francisco State campus and they have a temporary fix to the issue. They’re taking suggestions for a new name. Most of the front runners are movements, not people. I would suggest famous alumni Danny Glover, but I appreciate their caution.
