The Republican Party, by investigating the investigators, is attempting to prevent any future investigation of violent insurrection with the intent to prevent any elected official from being seated, thereby ending elections in the U.S. This is what the majority of repub voters want to do.

This is an excellent thread and infuriatingly shows how easy it is for these lies to spread through the right wing echo chamber. Schmitt went right to them to pretend that the humiliation didn’t occur. They even praised him. (One nitpick. Fani Willis’ case didn’t fall apart. It was sabotaged.)
