I do a severe purge every January. I start with a blank Tree of folders and slowly go thru my previous year's content and decide what I LOVE and want to keep. I keep the rest in a backup folder for that year. Easy peasy. Time consuming, but it works. More space for the next year! lol

That's why I seperate ALL my items by category and then type. Jewelry/earrings/neclace etc where Jewelry is the main folder and earrings, necklace and so on are sub folders. That way if you have to do the 50/50 method it's easier to do per folder and sub folder, yeah? Good luck!

Ok, then try the jewelry. One item may be corrupted and when that happens it always affects lashes. So do the 50/50 with your Jewelry. I'm thinking it was a ring slot that always effed it up for me. Maybe start there.

It is usually from a cc item in your glasses slot. Likely eyelashes or something that conflicts with one of your eyelashes. So find out what eyelash that sim is wearing and go from there. good luck!

hear! hear! Excersize and some sunshine is not a damn cure for chronic pain, chronic illness, or any of the things you mention! Crazy! tysm for sharing that. It is a great thing to reply to people who don't understand.

For your belly, you might try a probiotic. I use Acidophilus bifidus 6 million active cells. Found in your local grocery or pharmacy. You take 1 pill 3x a day. It helped me a lot with my perma bloated tummy. It usually is caused by not having enough probiotics in your gut biome. Give it a try!

2 heaping handfuls of Epsom Salts in a hot bath will sort you out. Epson salt works great for muscle, joint, and nerve pain, pulls toxins from the body and makes your skin soft! I have plantars faciitis, after a 10hrs standing on my feet I'd come home & cry. Soak my feet & be rdy for another day.

I love BC too and would move back in a flash but for the health care there and the severe lack of doctors. I have a fantastic doctor who helps me manage my severe chronic pain. Many things I need health wise are not even covered in BC. So here I remain.

Yeah I grew up in Kamloops and my dad was the Regional Protection Manager there. The guy that sent out equipment and men to any fires in BC. He did a lot of good during those days, and was a big proponent of prescribed burning/slash burning to keep cities safe. It never stook unfortunately.

Canadians know their stuff when it comes to firefighting. I grew up in the Okanagan area in British Columbia. Now in the GTA but friends shared the apocalyptic pics of the fires around Kamloops, BC a few years back. I can't imagine it is much different in the affected areas in LA now. #scary

Hear hear! My Dad was high up in the BC Forestry Industry and he was the guy that ordered the men and equipment to which fires (retired now) for many years in the Interior. I lived and breathed this stuff growing up. HUGE hat tip to #firefighters across the world!

100% agree. Unfortunately, I have severe #Fibromyalgia and am on Dilaudid 24/7. So I don't get out much. Even after 15 yrs I still have a hard time with pacing and inevitably cause the push-crash. Do too much and end up crashing. In bed for days. #chronicpain #spoonie #invisibleillness
