Apartment Complex is a free, twenty-minute narrative adventure game in which you play as the manager of a building filled with Lovecraftian horrors. Your tenants may be non-Euclidean, but they still need a place to stay on this plane of reality. 🌃 My review: digitalfantasydiary.com/2025/01/11/a...

A screenshot from the beginning of Apartment Complex. Your character is approached in the hallway by an alligator creature with overlapping mouths who asks, "Excuse me, are you the landlord?"

Me: Tries to do something smart and useful Dice: Nope

Roll20's dice results that shows a Nat1 (critical failure) on a WISDOM roll and another Nat1 on an INVESTIGATION roll

I hope this finds the right audience in the algorithm since I plan on posting a lot regularly my journey with this. So far I want to learn the right configuration to improve sound quality, recommendations are well appreciated.

Make your own game engines! If anyone tells you to not make one, don't listen to them. It's not hard to make. It's not hard to port. I made my own and ported it to over 20 platforms, from PS5 to MS-DOS. Here's my talk about it! The Big Engine doesn't want you to know this, but everyone can do it!

What's your "no one but me remembers" game? Jail trail or "Cadena de presos" on Spanish. From the era when you used to use WAP to navigate, it was a snake like game where you had to scape a prison avoiding guard and obstacles, I used to play it a lot and it is a core memory of mine

For one of my teams, I'm looking for a freelance VFX artist who wants to take on a game that will go hard on explosions, lasers, chunks of enemies, and smoke trails everywhere. Paid contract, fully remote position, made in Unity, no shipped commercial games required. If you're interested, DM me.

Omg please let's bring the old internet back where people had blogs and their domains where silly like this, this is just so funny. But yeah too expensive for a joke, sadly.

A domain name under the user's username ending in "dot gay" ready to register for $34.98 and renews at $35.98 yearly.

Something interesting I've noticed is the amount of ads I get while using a VPN on USA servers. I had to start using a VPN due to government restrictions and there's a HUGE difference across countries but mostly USA. Would be nice to have a discussion about it, have anyone else noticed it? #VPN

I recommend "Chernobyl" to my parents on MAX (great btw) and a couple days later they excitedly told me that MAX has the good old Looney Tunes and they watch them every night now before sleep. I love them.
