The people running these companies believe that climate change could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a fringe worry. Publicly, many executives soften their language to sound reasonable, but privately, the fear is real. No other industry poses this level of danger to civilization.

I ordered a $200 laptop (on clearance, probably because it is pink) from Walmart and it was delivered at 6:15 this morning. It took until 8 to clear all the Microsoft crap off it, but we're up and running now. Thank God yesterday was payday. And I didn't have a meltdown, so yay for that

When I lived in SC and worked as a cashier, I had zero access to healthcare. I wondered why the state wanted me to die of high blood pressure when it’s so easy to treat. I had to move states with nothing to get healthcare, I escaped. My life is a thousand times better now. Others still suffer there

My parents have hated me since I was a teen, and every therapist I saw over the years thought they would be the one to heal the rift and tried to get my parents to do family therapy with me. My parents always said "that wouldn't be convenient." No therapist ever suggested I cut them off

I saw JRAD Friday night and it was AMAZING. I've seen them several times and they really played an exceptional show for us. Danced my ass off the entire time, like I was still a 20 year old Deadhead.
