I’m old enough to remember when Barry Kooda was running an inline skate shop out of that spot. (I was honestly floored when I went to Expo Park last November to see the empty socket where the building used to be. SO many memories of the backdrop to Bar of Soap outdoor shows.)

That was the idea: the Buddha’s Hand zest gives it a different flavor, but essentially it’s a Key lime pie In preparation. This winter, I’m expanding i lnto a LOT of new baking recipes, once it’s cool enough to start baking again. (I’m in Dallas, so that may be a while.)
