I was assigned this homework because I’m at a point where I’m logically understanding the concepts I’m learning in therapy, but I’m having a hard time applying them consistency. Her book shows incredible examples of how to apply these things—I like learning by example or visuals. (audiobook is 👏)

and, it’s more important to disconnect from things that I have control of that do not benefit me as a person or my community anymore.
