On a positive note about AI, I'm really REALLY glad I asked for an MRI (as advised by AI) instead of just going with the NCS / EMG test results that didnt add up all the way. It's yet to be seen if that will get me out of wrist surgery, but it confirmed AI's guess of a bigger issue in my spine.

And the problem continues with American health care system. Apparently Medimpact, our new RX insurance, feels that adults over the age of 26 should not have XR ADHD medications. One family member under age 26 is covered - mine has not. Been taking meds over 20 years... Non XR is a disaster.

We began the long process of heading back home this morning. When traveling w/ fam, it always becomes a process of juggling weight between bags to see what is allowed in a certain country versus ours. We went in knowing we'd buy a new piece of luggage here this time, so at least there is that.

Bias against women does not come strictly from men - it comes from all sides of the fence. Many situations are unique, but it behoves us to try and look through the lens of others to insure we limit exposing not just our own bias but how it can be propagated by others following our words & actions.

Google AI overview and copilot both are using community forums (that can have wrong info) in its answers. In copilot I can reduce it by uploading a schema, but google searches? The highlighted portion of the image is an example. That field doesn't exist (at least not in ours).
