Somehow I'm missing a part to my Aerogarden Harvest. It isn't needed to run the machine but handy to keep algae from growing (the water cover). Do I know anyone with a 3D printer? None of the libraries near me have one.

You repeatedly give someone exercises to help gain strength (aka independence) and prevent falls. Ones that take 5 min a day. They roll their eyes at you, change the subject. They fall, break 4 ribs and are shocked someone has to stay with them for a month because they are frail.

Finally got access to my smell test results (for Parkinson’s research—I don’t have Parkinson’s). 86% of women my age smell better than me! I knew I couldn’t smell stuff but didn’t realize my sniffer was that impaired. (Mine is a symptom of autonomic dysfunction.)
