AI will never be able to make art. Thanks.

Studios don't belong on the stock market! Sell games, not studios! You employ humans, not money-guzzling entries on a spreadsheet! You destroy trust, functional teams & the entire industry through the normalization of right-sizing numbers—all to keep up the illusion of unrealistic, constant growth.

Andrey Surnov's concept work for Jusant in my brain again this morning. Can't think of a game set among ruins that made me more desperate to see more of its world. So few games manage such an original and rich aesthetic, so sad the team never got to make more.

Love those new custom-made felt storage baskets, that fit perfectly into our new TV unit. It’s getting cozier and cozier here. 😊

My acacia wood TV unit from Italy, featuring the new felt storage baskets—custom-made to fit perfectly into the unit's lower compartment. (Storage baskets made by WoollyClouds, by Andrew in Kyiw, Ukraine on Etsy)

The baskets filled with video games: three baskets filled up with oldschool console cartridges, playstation games, and switch games. The height of the baskets is perfect for stacking the cases with their spines facing upwards. This makes it easy to see exactly which game is where.

My son loves it! He immediately tried out "Tintin in Tibet" for the Game Boy. On the photo you see the pulled out retro console basket, and the Analogue pocket case is lying there open next to the game case.

My son going through the manual of the game to learn the controls and gameplay specifications.

It’s crazy how these games have influenced my life. Happy #TLOUDay to everyone who, like me, shares a very special bond with the franchise.

What you need to understand is nothing we built was “off the shelf.” Store-bought environmental assets for stop-motion features do not exist. We were given concept art and told “make it look like this.” Everything you see here, down to the dirt and moss, was meticulously designed and crafted.

Just got out of Cregger’s Resident Evil. It was so good! Significantly funnier than expected, with beautifully authentic set pieces & IP-specific items—no cheap fan service, and plenty of fresh moments, with great pacing. They understood the franchise. "Gamey" in a good way. I want to see it again!

"IMAX - Extraordinary awaits" on the big Imax screen before the film began.

"A Playstation Production" on IMAX screen.

1st picture is up in the new apartment! 🎉 This is one of my absolute favorites from my collection, hanging in the hallway where it’s always in view. @sbosma.bsky.social is a genius. I was so happy when I finally acquired the print from a collector a few years ago, after searching for it for years. ❤️

Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro by Sam Bosma. Privately commissioned screenprinted poster. 15 colors, 24x36," limited to 30 AP copies / 75 regular copies.

A super dynamic composition. Lupin is speeding in his little yellow Fiat 500 alongside his friends, following the "Duck"—a red Citroën 2CV—with Princess Clarisse driving toward the camera, looking back over her shoulder. The chase takes place in the narrow streets of the small town nestled beneath the castle, which looms over the scene in the background. Little Easter eggs and familiar characters from the film are hidden everywhere. It is my favorite tribute to one of my absolute favorite movies.

Old Lupin figure based on his appearance in Castle of Cagliostro, sitting on a little cactus below the framed print, riding a invisible bike.

Talking Zelda: It's so interesting to see how everyone initially hates the visual presentation, only to watch uninformed, impulsive reactions slowly give way to interest and, ultimately, understanding. It’s remarkable that the art direction manages to achieve that in just a few days. Think about it.
