Tips and tricks, please. Why is it so hard to maintain a CPAP seal? I can't get past 3-4 hours—5 max—before I sprout a leak: across the cheeks, in the eyes, or simply razzing like a beginner trumpet player.

DON'T SURRENDER IN ADVANCE. Keep fighting to the bitter end because people will die without health insurance; if folks can't afford insurance, they sure can't afford healthcare. Also, all premiums rise when the pool of insured citizens drops, pushing MORE people out--a cascading disaster.
