How much does one really need to worry or care about following some guy's 'guide', and how justified are other players in demanding you adhere, lest you make yourself a burden on others. Because we certainly know there are numbers involved, there are DPS checks, and thus right and wrong answers.

Playing the WoW Forever beta, and I find myself coming back to the talents and wondering if it's truly possible to build your character 'incorrectly'? Sure you can be non-optimal, but I often wonder just how big the gorge is between the least and most optimal talent builds for a given class.

The only way I've ever made sense of Elves is that they're plants, not mammals. Long sinewy features, ethereal and fae like qualities, incredibly long lived, closely attuned to nature and the natural world. It all feels like it locks into place that, yeah, they're highly evolved plants.

Your phone is for sure already capturing data, but requires permissions and Apple for example aren't as cooperative. This again lets them avoid middle-men and control / correlate the data directly in one place.

So my understanding is that govt's are being used to force citizens to hand the data to private companies like Palantir who are then not subject to rules like the govt. are. If the gov wants to access your data it needs oversight and justified reason, a private company can just sell you a search.
