Friendly reminder that Megyn Kelly was sexually harassed by Roger Ailes and Bill O’Reilly and STILL this is how she, and women on the right, treat rape victims.

Incredible.
Analysis. Does a sex assault claim kill a political career? It depends.

Ghraham Platner’s swift exit followed Eric Swallwell’s similar departure from the California governor’s race, but Republicans have taken a different tack.

Trump historically wore Brioni, an Italian luxury company that makes suits in Italy. Here he flashes a Jos. A Bank label, a US company that long offshored its production to China and Bangladesh. They carry an associated label called Joseph Abboud, which is made in US. Curious he didn't choose that.
Donald Trump in a navy suit. He's opening the jacket, so you can see the label. A close up of the suit label says Jos. A. Bank.

The Ohio Arena was already full to the brim - And yet these people were still trying to get in. The New York Times said, "There were empty seats" when, in fact, there were none, and thousands of people had to be turned away. The New York Times, and many other Artificial Media Outlets, should be arrested for their dishonesty and disservice to our Country.
When Bernie Sanders has 500 to 1,000 people, they make it sound like it's the biggest event that ever took place. When PRESIDENT DONALD J.
TRUMP has 50,000 people, they make it sound like nobody showed up!

The great big innovation here is pretty obvious: make the AI cartel so big in theoretical value that they wedge themselves into an economic position to control markets even when they aren’t delivering a product. Fractional reserve banking by inflating asset values.

Part of why I don't like the AI-or-bust economy is the constant flopsweat of people on the news who say this HAS to work. Quit making everyone so anxious. Goddamn. If this is the next Google then why are you acting like this? I don't remember being told to buy an iPhone at gunpoint.

That’s the entire point of this. It doesn’t repair anything, it just tells Republicans if they ignore the corruption they can do as much of it as they want. Rule by law only counts if you care about the law. Rule by will is their goal.

A key component of the Cambridge Analytica outrage was your friends subjecting you to data theft without your consent or knowledge. Facebook is running the same playbook on your text messages. Even if you’re not on Meta properties, they’re ingesting your interactions.
Aten installed Muse on both his iPhone and a Mac mini that he uses to test out various Al agents and tech. It took Meta a single day to begin "helpfully" pitching article ideas based on texts he'd sent to a podcast co-host.
When he asked Muse how it got the information, it said that it read banners from incoming texts. But that's not true, either.
After doing a little digging, Aten says Muse synced 187,000 lines from his Messages database, despite Full Disk Access being Off.Unless Aten is the most popular person on the face of the planet, I sincerely doubt he'd gotten 187,000 lines of text in roughly 24 hours. What happened is that, without permission, Muse went into the app and downloaded the information.
He had not given Muse permission to access Messages, and full disk access was not enabled. It just went ahead and uploaded those texts anyway.
Muse can take "unexpected actions" indeed.

4 panel comic

Panel 1:
A Purple Woman looks distraught, on the verge of breaking down. She says “that man raped me”
Orange Guy standing next to her is absent-mindedly checking his nails. He says “Wellll, I’ve always disliked him and his work.”

Panel 2:
Purple Woman begins to cry. Orange Guy adopts an incredibly smug expression and says “Guess I must just be a good judge of character”

Panel 3:
Purple Woman dissolves into sobs. Orange Guy notices, puts his hand on her shoulder and says “Aw”

Panel 4:
Purple Woman crumples to the floor. Orange Guy, looking bemused, asks “Are you crying because you’re jealous of how smart I am?”
