Thinking back to growing up on MTV, and realizing it was just massive amounts of music therapy I was doing for myself. Once it was gone then things turned bad in my life. It was my only support, my family never helped in ways I needed. And I still need it, I got broken before I had a chance to be.

I went near the local protest today, but I don’t fully trust the folks wearing the yellow vests. At No Kings they were pretty chummy with the cops, and they were there again today. I thought about leaving my phone in the car and going proper, but I preferred to observe from about a block away.
