It is truly difficult to act in the theatre. There are so many factors happening at once for an actor to be aware of and to balance. Most student actors have the sense that there is a specific “point” to get to in performance, when truly nothing could be further from the truth. 🧵

I’m actively trying to be positive with my posts. Like in life, positivity doesn’t elicit high interaction. Evoking fear or anger stokes a base reaction which requires little effort and builds walls between us. Positive posts ask for vulnerability and more effort. An interesting journey so far..
