This picture of the Pope at his 40th birthday party is everything to me.x
The Pope at his crazy as fuck 40th birthday party wearing a tiny sea captain hat, holding a tiny ice cream surrounded by THREE sad looking balloons. He's wearing a blue jacket and jeans with a brown belt and he's got a navy polo shirt on.

It was always something we had to make happen, and always less important than the goals that really matter: solving biology, saving the earth, enabling cosmic diaspora, ending material and energy scarcity. Fuck "the singularity", give me those things instead.

Because there’s never a bad time to share Chuck Jones’s rules for the Road Runner, here are Chuck Jones’s rules for the Road Runner
RULE 1.
THE ROAD RUNNER CANNOT HARM THE COYOTE EXCEPT BY GOING "ВЕЕР-BEEP!"
RULE 2.
NO OUTSIDE FORCE CAN HARM THE COYOTE - ONLY HIS OWN INEPTITUDE OR THE FAILURE OF THE ACME PRODUCTS.
RILEろ。
THE COYOTE COULD STOP ANYTIME - IF HE WERE NOT A FANATIC.
(REPEAT: "A FANATIC IS ONE WHO REDOUBLES HIS EFFORT WHEN HE HAS FORGOTTEN HIS AIM.' -GEORGE SANTAYANA)
RULE I.
NO DIALOGUE EVER, EXCEPT "ВЕЕР-BEEP!" RULES.
THE ROAD RUNNER MUST STAY ON THE ROAD - OTHERWISE, LOGICALLY, HE WOULD NOT BE CALLED ROAD RUNNER.
ALL ACTION MUST BE CONFINED TO THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
OF THE TWO CHARACTERS - THE SOUTHWEST AMERICAN DESERT.
RULE 7.
ALL MATERIALS, TOOLS, WEAPONS, OR MECHANICAL CONVENIENCES MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE ACME CORPORATION.
RULE 8.
WHENEVER POSSIBLE, MAKE GRAVITY THE COYOTE'S GREATEST ENEMY RULE 9.
THE COYOTE IS ALWAYS MORE HUMILIATED THAN HARMED BY HIS FAILURES.

"It has happened before, but there is nothing to compare it to now." Such an underrated sentence, forced to stand next to the G.O.A.T.. (a bleating comes across the sky). Why was there something to compare "it" to before, but not "now"? And what is "it"? I assume the screaming is the sound of "it".
