I tested positive for COVID-19, 9 days ago, and I'm going to be honest here, I am not much better, WHICH IS CRAZY. A full round of Paxlovid and nothing changed. I am so over this. Immunocompromised people, how long did it take for you to feel normal again?

Having asthma, Crohn's disease, COVID-19, and the flu all at once is really a combo nobody should ever have to deal with. Especially after you just had your immunosuppressive infusion. Sick is an understatement. Keep your fingers crossed for me because this is not great. Round 2 of Pax.

There is a gathering in DC to protest. I wish that unity happened on election day, but at least we're pushing back a little. Now I am worried Trump will tear gas the crowd and build a narrative around unleashing the military on "unruly" U.S. civilians. He is dying to misspell, "Martial Law!"

Since my wife and I do not have any family (1 brother is out of state, and my only parent died last year), we made 30 gift bags for the needy and passed them out in Downtown #Syracuse which is the #1 city for black and brown child poverty. It was a great day for smiles, and I got a few hugs, too!
