You're right of course. Keeping people healthier is always cheaper than treating sick people. But UKHSA do not consider whole-system costs, only the acute hospitalisation costs versus vaccination costs. That's their 'bespoke funding model' for Covid vaccines.

Grateful enough to give them clean, filtered, air in classrooms and help prevent virus transmission. It also improves concentration for them and their students, as well as increasing cognitive ability for learning. High CO2 and poor ventilation increases the risk to teachers.
