Tile with an outline of the new paper published in Gender, Work & Organization titled "Lived Experiences of Pregnancy Loss at Work: Realizing Meaningful Supports".

Summary box of methods & key findings: Based on an analysis of qualitative data from surveys (n=913) and interviews (n=13) conducted for the PLACES project, we explore workers’ lived experiences of early pregnancy loss to better understand what supports are needed. Through three themes, we unpack the underlying tensions so that meaningful and equitable supports can be realised in policy and practice.

Another box then outlines key themes and sub-themes. The three main themes are: (1) Stigma, hierarchies of loss and realities at work, (2) Meaningful and purposeful legislation and policy, (3) Practical implications for policy and legislation development and implementation.
