Thanks, Ray. We're taking a similar approach. We have broader targets for year levels and the whole school, but tracking students against the scale score growth at the percentiles, too. Good to hear we've got similar approaches.

Term 4 is busy! As a leader, you never know what the day will bring! Today was duties, intervention, Zooms, improvement planning, more duties, filming for a diocesan renewal project, assembly, more duties and phone calls! I didn't even get to spend more than 10 mins in any classroom today. #edusky

Enjoying this first experience of @bsky.app It reminds me of the mid-2000s when I first joined Twitter, and the Edu space was fantastic. I had an amazing PLC to share with, and you could reach out to lead thinkers in the field directly to ask questions and test ideas. Hoping for great things!
