How to improve 'Thinking time.' Rather than saying "think of your answer," train your children that when you point at your brain, it means here is your thinking time, get ready to answer. Reduce cognitive load and unnecessary instructions to leave more space for hard thinking and learning. #edusky

Went to school dressed in a giraffe onesie yesterday for children in need. One boy said to me, "Sir, why did you come to school naked?" I was confused, obviously. "What do you mean? I replied. "Isn't this your natural skin?" he laughed. Then it twigged. I'm 6ft 3. He thinks he's hilarious. #edusky
