A lot of GF flours/mixes tend to be dry or bake a few minutes faster than gluten versions. Otherwise I don’t really have other helpful tips. I’m sure she appreciates the effort to include her 💛 010

Her husband decided to do medical school in his 40s, and to support the family she got a job at the small town post office. She supported her family on that salary while he went to school. 030
