“The Senate won’t confirm them” is not even a wishful thinking response, it’s one that ignores what’s happening: Trump announced in advance of these picks that he expects the Senate to shut itself down so he can make recess appointments — which means no confirmation process at all.

Maybe this is vague, so let me be clear: Trump returning to power is itself the end of the constitutional order, one heralded by his failure to be disqualified from the ballot as required by the US Constitution, for his attempt to overthrow it by force. My theory of the case is that the picks so far lack any ability or desire to present any kind of alternate to his impulses. Marco would huff Trump's ass and say it smells like honeysuckle and rainbows, and he's arguably the most independent of the bunch so far. (Not saying much, I know.)

It’s very disheartening that more Americans aren’t more involved in politics. The fact that Trump encouraged the J6 and did nothing should have been enough. Then the fact the Justice Department didn’t file charges immediately against him and others in congress who participated, is unforgivable.

The playing field in American Politics is not level. Misinformation by Trump,MTG and others against FEMA ran rampant during the campaign. Mainstream media needs a news talk show similar to Larry King. Allowing all Americans, no matter their party affiliation to engage with hosts or politicians.

I too have made the transition from X to Blue Sky. The disappointment of the election is shocking. Manipulation of Social Media with misinformation won the election for Trump. His handling of Covid, J6,convicted felon,mental and or dementia (and much more) should have been enough from being elected.
