I'm always excited about new trains and happy with the level boarding, we should have that from any new rolling stock, it's archaic and dehumanising for us wheelchair users to have to wait for ramps all the time. I have asked the Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission to come to Brighton, and today Brighton came to me with so many stories of how the EHRC Code of Practice is impacting them. Trans lives are already being harmed, and the EHRC needs to hear this.

As a Green, I'm never going to defend a landlord. I privately rent like a lot of other disabled and LGBTIQA+ people, or in more accurate words, we are in insecure housing paying someone elses mortgage. Housing should be a human right, not open to rent seeking stripping the working class of wealth.

I finally have a formal diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I spent five years back and forth with my old GP in Bristol to try to get them to do anything. Moved to Manchester, and my new GP was like this is a clear-cut case, so I'm happy to diagnose you and actually knew a lot about EDS.

I'm not surprised. Women tend to correctly see the issue of climate change as political. Governments aren't insensitivising renewable energy and things like insulation to reduce energy usage. Men tend to see the issue as a technology one. We just haven't built or researched the big machines yet.

There are some bold - and controversial - ambitions for healthcare in the party's manifesto, including youth gender services and access to puberty blockers.

These drugs are currently banned in the UK after the 2024 Cass review, with trials paused over safety concerns.

The party wants NHS Wales to issue its own guidance, marking a significant change from following NHS England.

A wider focus is on prevention, alongside promises of more funding and better GP and dental access.

They also propose endometriosis centres in every health board, addressing a major gap in care.

However, let's not deny the huge undertaking it presents given limited current services and resources - although it's unclear how these proposals will be funded.
