I had a shoot today and our venue had no AC… we are in the middle of a heatwave and inside it had to have been 100 degrees. I sweat for 3 straight hours, had to load gear up and down two flights of stairs, and of course drank most of my water only to get nauseous and throw up the minute I got home.
