Hack Week outcome: Built private coding agents on a 36 GB M4 Max Macbook Pro, 128 GB M4 Max Mac Studio and a 128 GB DGX Spark. Added multi-user serving, Pi/Copilot-compatible APIs, sandboxing and read-only Confluence via MCP. Bigger models weren't always better -- Qwen3.6 35B for the win.

I used to hear trains are cheap in UK/Europe (vs the US), but my first trip, b/w London and Edinburgh, told me otherwise. At least within the UK, they didn't seem cheap anymore.

I couldn’t find a CLI tool for bulk-updating GitHub Actions, so I built one: `actupdate`. It scans workflow YAML, checks real GitHub tags, prefers moving major tags like `@v6`, falls back to exact stable tags if needed, and shows a plan before touching files. github.com/qartik/actup...
