I'm happy to have bounced back from injury, but I'm a bit disappointed with the fat I gained over the past two months. It's time to get lean like I haven't been lean before. Might as well since I'm still not lifting for 1 RMs for a while.

Ran a mile as fast as I could for the first time in a while. I ended up with an 8:24 time, shoutout Kobe! When l used to run often, I would run between 7-8 mins. Time to increase my cardio intensity as I usually walk 20 mins on an incline.
