If you are building AI apps that need connection to your user's tools: Claude open-sourced a protocol for easier integration between AI systems & user data sources like gDrive, Slack, ... If we are lucky, the OS community contributes more connectors 🤞 making our job easier :)

I must admit that I never really had a problem with X. Met some amazing people on the platform, and ignored most of the extremes. But the algorithm now is so tiktok like that everything becomes a lot less fun.

evolution should be a fundamental principle in policy making why do large systems and organizations become so resistant to change—it doesn't make sense. but I guess that’s always the case when human beings are involved. principal agent problems at scale?

the most important process at my former employer: every manager (including CXOs) speaks to direct reports at least 30min/week in an individual meeting it created a platform for every employee to be heard + get feedback it also created an info flow from bottom to top also made employees happy :)
