I let them explain a past project to me. Here and there I ask follow up questions and observe. This shows: 1 how well the person can communicate - technical details well condensed 2 whether the person is technically pro - is it just superficial or can we go deep

I must admit that I never really had a problem with X. Met some amazing people on the platform, and ignored most of the extremes. But the algorithm now is so tiktok like that everything becomes a lot less fun.

very curious where this is going Short term some big accounts are missing but big accounts need an audience and I hope the audience moves to this open platform where you’re less victim of closed algorithms and powerful figures controlling the platform > owning your account is freedom
