AI is now the biggest investment in all of US history as a percentage of GDP. Datacenter construction is up, all other construction is down. "AI Is Squeezing Out the Rest of the Stock Market," reported WSJ 2 days ago. We basically bet the whole economy on the most optimistic visions panning out.

I can't recall ever seeing anything that low at Annapolis. (Sure, the Blue Angels got really low during graduation week--standard performance altitude for them--but their show was also over water adjacent to the Academy rather than over a packed stadium.)

OK, granted, there's a grey-area border in a tiny corner of kinkdom. My thinking was more that there's such an enormously broad range of consenting, healthy kink interests that anything to do with pedophilia is both tiny in comparison and also as much a mental-health issue as a kink.
