Sheela in all her glory 🥰 Kept the colors as simple as possible as I would overdo it (I know myself to well) Added a little bit of glitter and a splash of color and I like the outcome 💚 #OriginalCharacter #Cyberpunk #traditionalart #ink #monochrome #green

Finished piece of my cyberpunk character standing before her bike, scanning the area.

Colored with watercolors, ink and colored pencils in monochrome, with some green details

The outfit in question.

I have no idea how to finish a picture anymore, so I've started four different ones of the same character who's my current obsession. This one will remain a sketch though, just wanted to capture the vibe. Noë in a fancy outfit we saw in Florence, and a pose from Trueref.

Rough digital drawing of an androgynous person with blonde curls in a fancy, elegant outfit.

Ooh, I remember this one. It's one of the artworks that really inspired me to get better at drawing in general and colouring in particular. <3

On my last trip to the beach, I found this stone shaped like a little heart with a bite taken out of it, and I instantly had this image in my mind.

Art desk with pencils, markers, paints, and a sketch of a wolf leaping and trying to bite a piece out of a heart shaped stone.

Finished and framed painting with the original stone I found glued onto the painting, in an object frame .

The Llavanderes live in caves and hollow tree trunks and wash the blood-stained clothes of the dead. Some say they wash the clothes of the newly dead, others that they prepare the burial shrouds of those about to die, and others still say they drown those who refuse to aid them in their work.

A group of three washerwomen with scarves covering their heads wash blood-stained clothes on the banks of a river. They have long limbs and only their beady glowing eyes can be seen underneath their headscarves. In the background, three bodies hang from a bridge that goes across the river.

There is something about african wild dogs that I find extremely difficult to draw. The fur pattern is so random and the dark face markings is super hard to capture. I don’t know if I'm the only one. I spent a long time on this one and I think I finally got it for the first time ever. Really proud

In recent years, moths from the genus Superbia have adapted a new camouflage strategy. Instead of emerging at night, they come out of their pupal stage all at once during parades and demonstrations in June. They use vivid displays to blend in and find each other in a space safe from harm.
