Frame 2, Reality: Same Wojak, same pose, but a group of Yes-Chads look on saying "LOOKING BIG KING"

Hey, I've got an idea: why don't you not punch down on a graduate student publishing a study from his dissertation? Not a good look, my man. I actually think that understanding the roots of human cooperation might matter more right now than at any point in human history.

It's at times like this that it's good to remind ourselves that 20-25% of Americans don't believe that the Earth revolves around the Sun. This is about as unanimous as an opinion can be in the US.

Yeah, that one and the Sharon Park Shell station have gotta be the most expensive in the Bay Area. I don’t believe I’ve ever gotten gas at the Chevron on Alameda.

Certainly horrible acoustics. The spaces are literally designed to be buzzy (and thus seem more hip) Means you can't have a conversation with the people at your table. For visiting-speaker/job-talk dinners, we have a secret list of restaurants where you at least have a chance of conversation.

Blubblah, and rotary give my Mass roots away. it's not like I say these words very often, it's just that what you call the corresponding things. My kids, who score overwhelmingly San Francisco-LA assure me that I don't actually talk that differently from them.
Map of the United States colored by a scale ranging from dark blue to dark red. New England is colored dark red, indicating that this my dialect is most similar to this region (Massachusetts specifically). The darkest-blue region is the deep South centered on New Orleans. My dialect is least like this region. The place where I have actually lived for 20+ years (coastal NorCal) is grey.

Families lost weeks of food they couldn't afford to replace. Then their SNAP claims were denied.
As the city of Gary recovers from a devastating power outage, advocates say Indiana has a simple fix at its fingertips that could get parents the help they need.
