Ahora que llevo un mes inmerso en el mundo de la onco computacional, debo decir que hay cada truño de dataset por ahí publicado en revistas top, que es para llorar. No puede ser que mezcles single cell con single nuclei y digas que son dos subtipos distintos porque no integran… Amiga, date cuenta.

Usually it is said that EMT and stemness are coupled mechanisms and for some authors, more EMT = more stemness but NO. EMT and stemness are parallel programs in some cases but independent. This article gives more insights into this: www.cell.com/iscience/ful...
