Troubleshooting my router issues today has been an exhausting ordeal, but at least I learn things. Today I learned what a NAT loopback is (allows you to view websites hosted on your own network), and that my new router does not do that.

Just had the most annoying Best Buy day. Modem was crapping out on me, so I had to drive 30 min to the nearest BB to get a new one. But I bought a cable mode w/o router by accident and had to drive BACK to get it replaced. But all is well now, hopefully, I think.

I like when video games incorporate the 4th wall. Like when a character in the game says, "Probably a good idea to save before you head into this fight!" Even better when they add stuff like, "I don't know what that means, but you should do it!"

The fact that the Echoes of Wisdom map is just the Link to the Past map but expanded outward in all directions just tickles the Zelda nerd in me. Oh, so we didn't meet the Gerudo in ALttP because they were just beyond the map. Great stuff

RIP Duncan Sheik, your music video for "Barely Breathing" was on a promotional CD that came with an updated version of Windows 95. (Not the folder that had Weezer's "Buddy Holly" on it.) That song has been stuck in my head ever since.

I have a hot take and it's that the reason why there is a loss of viewership is actually because the show sucks and isn't worth rewatching for the next season. I rewatched season one of Severance before season two, and it was worth it! But I didn't watch season two of Loki, because it wasn't.
