Really good performance from Wales that. Thomas and Dan James excellent throughout – a constant threat. After a shaky start and Norway taking advantage of sloppiness at the back, really cut the errors out and great value for the win. Could have been more comfortable after the red, several chances

Entertaining half but all sorts of problems for United here, particularly on our right – Baptiste & Donovan positionally look unaware of the danger half the time, and not switched on. Peck & Rothwell have lost the ball cheaply in middle – cost us for the 1st and nearly again before h/t #bskyblades

Didn’t come to Swansea expecting us to get anything, but in the end perhaps unlucky not to leave without all three. Not a free flowing game at any stage, but one we grew into and mostly comfortable throughout. The back 5 defensively really solid. O’Hare v unlucky 1st half against the bar #bskyblades

A grim read. I’ve seen some fans suggesting to wait for the other side’s story, but it feels like wishful thinking given the owners haven’t said much of anything on anything approaching 2 years in charge. If there were a defence, surely would have emerged well before it reached this v public stage

Very forgettable half of football this. Peck and Rothwell have to have a few more ideas than they’ve shown. Bamford, O’Hare and Cannon in particular need to show a lot more. Donovan likely to be a frustrating player but is at least trying stuff. Really solid half for Tanganga #bskyblades

The Peak District is burning — and where there’s fire, there’s smoke. Given Sheffield’s proximity to the park, it feels inevitable that, if more frequent and severe fires keep happening on the moors, they are going to have an increasing effect on us. The question is, can we do anything about it?

A disappointing decision from the UK NSC published today. But the model stays alive, and so does this campaign. We’ll keep working to strengthen the case. Because men deserve it. Read our full statement: pcr.org.uk/uk-nsc-confirmed-recommendation-to-restrict-prostate-cancer-screening/

Just end the season already. The players aren’t up for it, everyone’s just looking for the break and to forget this season ever happened. Preston haven’t got that memo – fair play to Hecky and McCall for getting them vaguely up for a match today, even tho they’ve had it v easy all half #bskyblades

Maddening. Really good performance 1st half, deserved goal, good balance across the side. Norwich upped their game in the 2nd, we never really dealt with it + v poor decision-making with the ball – really cheaply turned over. Tanganga & Bindon deserved more for their defensive displays #bskyblades

Wasn’t thrilled by United’s starting lineup, so that 1st half display came as a bit of a shock – it’s been really good, and tbf a big part of it has been the Hoever/Chong link-up on the right. Peck has been excellent – great ball in the buildup for the 1st. Excellent finish by Campbell #bskyblades

Good half, competitive game. We’ve done well to move the ball quickly when pressing Coventry’s defence into a hurried pass. They look v dangerous on the break, and slightly worried with Tanganga on a yellow early on. Wright should absolutely score for them, not sure how Seriki got to it #bskyblades

‘Andor’ Creator Tony Gilroy Gives the Interview He Couldn’t During Its Release
The recent tragedies on the streets of Minnesota’s Twin Cities have reignited the discourse about the uncanny prescience of Tony Gilroy‘s Andor. The well-documented killings of Minneapolis residents, Renée Good and Alex Pretti, by federal agents evoked Andor season two’s Ghorman Massacre arc in which the masked occupying forces of the Galactic Empire slaughtered concerned citizens and peaceful protestors. And much like Good and Pretti, Ghorman’s victims were immediately mischaracterized by Imperial mouthpieces as domestic terrorists and insurrectionists.

Really odd scrappy game that we could have won – neither side really looked in control at any point. Andre Brooks superb though – a real all-action performance, and a fine finish after good work from Hamer. McCallum’s injury put a downer on the game – hope it’s not as serious as it looks #bskyblades

Bizarre game. Completely in control 1st half and then down to 9 men out of nowhere. The Soumare red sounds like on replays it was well deserved – can’t say the Tanganga one looked like an elbow at all. Huge credit to the players that 2nd half for keeping it a contest – fought til the end #bskyblades

There’s been well-established redemption arcs for players in Wilder’s time – most notably with Coutts & Freeman in his first spell – and I wonder whether Tyler Bindon might turn out to be the latest. 1st game I’ve seen him play live since his dire game at Middlesbro – he was superb today #bskyblades

Really interesting read that goes into where specifically the party votes have drifted from/to. This would be a seismic political shift in Wales if this picture holds – and for Labour in particular this is likely to signal more alarm bells on their broader approach in Westminster

A worrying 2nd half that, I can understand why Wilder was clearly hugely annoyed. I’m assuming if more of the team were still ill he wouldn’t have gone in quite so hard Some really poor decision making. Hamer doesn’t do well for either goal, McGuinness has to be much stronger for the 2nd #bskyblades

With the way the respective seasons have panned out so far, I was concerned going into this derby. Needn’t have been – that was as straightforward as you can get for one of these. A really good team performance. Pleased for Campbell, who’s had a mixed season. Tanganga & Peck excellent #bskyblades

Enjoyed this. The theme tune of Alex Kidd in Miracle World is still ingrained in the brain, which was a built-in feature of the Master System model we had – a source of joy when you wanted to play it, a source of frustration when its sound meant an issue with the console reading another cartridge

Taken a couple of days to digest what was really poor United performance against Derby on Saturday. All 3 goals against of our own making – messing about at the back that led to their corner for the 1st, a terrible back-pass for the 2nd, totally avoidable penalty for the 3rd. V worrying #bskyblades

Great to speak to the guys at The Pinch, who have been supporters of this safe standing campaign from its early days. This has taken up a large chunk of my spare time in recent years, with plenty of setbacks along the way, and delighted that this is at last this week fully installed at Bramall Lane.

Hoping this is some sort of 4 dimensional thinking here that nobody is seeing, but Sellés dropping our best creator in Hamer, best striker in Campbell, and hand extra responsibility of the captaincy to Peck who has already struggled with the increased focus of his role this season, feels v odd.

Really important piece of research out that shows that biparametric MRI could offer a viable alternative to mpMRI in the diagnostic pathway for prostate cancer – faster, cheaper, and potentially better for patient experience too. Really important for considerations on potential screening programmes

Boro h/t +ves: – Tanganga looks excellent. He’ll need to be if we keep playing like this – Bindon looks improved as a result of above – still in it -ves: – not sure any area is working – Peck for most of half isolated deep, Hamer isolated elsewhere – left side defensively horrible #bakyblades

Disappointed that Kieffer Moore’s time with us didn’t really go as planned. I’d have been fine with him staying, but most United fans can’t forgive his contribution to the playoff final loss. Given his age and the system Sellés is likely to play, this deal makes sense for all parties #bskyblades

Think the Wilder sacking is a real mix of harsh and yet understandable, tho I’d have been fine with him starting next season. The football for a lot of last season wasn’t great, and I felt we ended it not knowing the best XI nor what the style of play was. Both were so clear over 2016-20 #bskyblades

Bit of a forgettable game all in all, but thought Callum O’Hare again made a great case to start in the next two – we don’t have anyone that presses like he does, and a few lovely bits of play in that 2nd half. Thought Souza & Peck were decent, and a lively sub appearance for Brewster #bskyblades

Thought it was a much better performance from United yesterday, had we played like that vs any of Oxford, Millwall, Plymouth this last month we might be heading to a more interesting last 2 games. Still worryingly feels like we struggle to affect a game when we switch 3+ in a 2nd half #bskyblades

Flat performance so far – easy to say in retrospect, but I was really surprised we didn’t make any changes from the weekend. We’re struggling to carve out decent chances, and seem to be relying on trying to fashion a penalty from set-pieces. More width needed here + move Hamer centrally #bskyblades
