Organisations are responsible and accountable for the software they create. If the software has done/or is at risk of doing things which are illegal, dangerous or cause negative outcomes it is their responsibility to fix it. They are accountable morally and legally. You're welcome.

Does the health secretary really believe that cot-cams are a deterrent for murder? The Lucy Letby inquiry found that the failure was due to poor understanding of effective safeguarding and a failure to act on concerns. The answer is not technology and more surveillance.

The UKBiobank data leak is not unfortunate, its negligent. The doctor-knows-best approach to stewarding highly sensitive data led to this and many other leaks and the response of leadership is again disingenuous. I admire the research participants for their loyalty, but they have been let down.

It's normal for humans to display emotions. No correlation exists between the emotion a person displays and how well they can do their job. If you feel shame/disgust/fear at people in powerful positions crying I'm going to suggest that's caused by the conditioning of a failing patriarchal society.
