Send this to the teacher who's already asking, "Is it Friday yet?" Hang in there, we're one day closer. How are we holding up today, teachers?

Instructional leaders need to understand both curriculum and instruction. Knowing what students are expected to learn—and how teaching helps them get there—makes coaching and support more meaningful. #InstructionalLeadership #TeachingAndLearning #edusky #InstructionalInnovation

Great teachers keep learning so they can meet students where they are and help them grow. Today, we celebrate that commitment. Happy Teachers’ Day!

Sometimes support comes from people you never expected. Appreciate it. Don’t resent those who didn’t show up—but don’t forget what you learned either. Acknowledge it. Accept it. Keep moving forward. #LeadingThroughConflict #Leadership #PersonalGrowth

This is the part people don’t see. Every teacher has said: “I’m leaving at 3:00 sharp today.” Then one more lesson plan turns into organizing materials, answering one email, and suddenly it’s 4:15.

Arguments at school rarely stay about the original issue. A disagreement can quickly become a contest over who is right, who has more authority, or who gets the last word. Winning the argument does not necessarily resolve the conflict.
