they mean people who grew up in working class households, and they’re using it in the modern colloquial sense not the marx sense. e.g. I am a college educated computer programmer with a masters degree but my parents didn’t go to college and my dad drove a bulldozer.

It's so standardized that Al can step in because there's not real storytelling. It's mimicry of something that has happened before. And I welcome Al to replace all the idiots who are into nothing but repeating, repeating, repeating until it's ad nauseam.
