The world has fallen away, naught remains.
Zamasu - what remains of him - is on his knees. A twisted, gaping smile cuts across his face, the void is within him, too. His eyes are hollow, save pinpricks of a faint glow where pupils might be.
The right side of his face stretches out and attempts to form another head - that of Goku, perhaps. This face's eyes are only sclera, no iris or pupils have formed, and it opens up on the right side. The jaw is unhinged, displaying rows of pointed, mismatched teeth.
Zamasu's face is split in two by a crack running down his entire body, through his left eye.
The body is grotesque - four arms, none without distortion. One of his left hands is outstretched and almost looks normal were it not for the tears on the flesh. And the eyes, many with no body to find purchase.
Behind this entity, a halo glows cold. It emits no light.
Zamasu's ribcage has distorted, the crack tearing the flesh as the ribs open the gaping hole. Within that hollow space, a heart.

Additionally, "herm" is a slur. "Futa" is a translation of "hermaphrodite" (a slur). THERE'S BETTER TERMS.

Species w/ both parts -> monoecious, cosexed, gonosimulites

There is no reason to use the word hermaphrodite in any social setting. There is no reason for the modern scientific community to use this derogatory term for animals. Hermaphrodite has referred to intersex people for centuries.

FYI, there's no "yes but" when it comes to being anti-censorship. You can't say 'no censors except for X thing that makes me uncomfy.' This is STILL censorship. The goal post will continue to move back. Anything can be deemed 'harmful' and be taken away. It's a slippery slope for a reason.
