I just learned that Amazon has built an "About You" page under accounts. It tracks your activities and interests and builds a profile about you. Seeing if I can turn that feature off, however, I figured I'd share mine as, well... it comes as no surprise.

It was! I got to tell Richard that my first movie theater experience was Predator at 4 1/2 years of age. He said my parents are either the greatest ever or the most irresponsible. However, he agreed they were great. Hahaha.

Since I can only access this app on the web, I'm only ever on every few days (not a bad thing), especially since I haven't much to post. Except for this: a couple of weeks ago I got to meet Richard Chaves (Poncho from Predator) and Dane DiLiegro (Feral Predator from Prey). Fantastic day for me!

It tapers off and hardly reaches its peak numbers from the beginning. You know what is popular? Storytelling. Open world sans a timer of extraction. Linear gameplay. Solo gameplay. PvE. Not “let me grind my ass off for hours foOMG THERE’S A WHOLE TEAM HERE… and I’ve lost everything now.”

Which it basically is. They looked at something like “Escape From Tarkov” and “The Division 2” Dark Zone extraction, plus the now out “Arc Raiders” game and felt that was the hot new route to take. Thing is, as popular as those games are at launch, the excitement is not sustainable.

This is going to get very interesting and very ugly. I’m not a massive fan of the franchise, not in the way I am with Friday the 13th and older slashers, but you hate to see things like this halt something so popular. The ones that suffer a lot are the fans.

Duncan let me and Jess watch ROGUE TROOPER last night and HOLY FUCKING SHIT, GANG! It's sooooo fucking good.
